Carter is the Owner/CEO of “Visions Preferred Notary Signing Service, LLC”, the premier mobile notary signing company in Ascension Parish, Louisiana.  Ms. Carter is a Mobile Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent (NSA) who is Commissioned for Life in the State of Louisiana, appointed by the Governor of this Great State, in July of 2014.  She is certified with the National Notary Association (NNA) and NSA Blueprint, covering Ascension Parish serving its residents by providing general mobile notary services executing Affidavits, Acknowledgements and Authentic Acts, Debt Settlements, Apostille Services and Real Estate Loan closings (i.e. Purchases, Sales, Refinances, Home Equity Loans, Reverse Mortgages, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC).

 

We operate in Ascension Parish, Louisiana and in the following cities: Brittany, Burnside, Darrow, Donaldsonville, Duplessis, Galvez, Geismar,Gonzales, Lake, McCall, Modeste, Prairieville, Saint Amant and Sorrento.
